Lean Six Sigma Green Belt online
As an alternative to the standard format of physical training ("in house"), we offer a variant that is fully virtual. The entire course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams and using modern digital applications that allow a high level of collaboration between participants and the instructor. Experienced Master Black Belts provide "live" instruction, complemented by a set of virtual workshops and simulations throughout the course. Participants especially appreciate the visualization of the discussed content drawn on a tablet, which is immediately shared with all participants. The specifics of the online course are to keep attention and provide the same quality of information more intensively.
Green Belt online training maintains all the basic elements of physical training: simulation game, teamwork (virtual), independent exercises, interpretation with electronic white-board, online exam questions and test as well as the certification itself. The possibility of real-time discussions through virtual mini-workshops is maintained through digital applications - breakout rooms. This model ensures learning without travel costs and full day absence from work.
Everything is based on the use of new digital tools Teams, Miro, Menti, Orchid, VP Online, Odoo platform.

Miro
An application for virtual workshops where you need to generate ideas and create subsequent concepts from them. MIRO is a key tool for us for digital simulations and all exercises.
People work simultaneously and online in one environment.

Mentimeter
An app that allows us to get real-time input from participants.
Often we need your opinion, brainstorm, or just want to know how it's going. Mentimeter is an amazing app for sharing opinions, ideas and getting a consensus decision.
- We start every training or workshop with several questions in Menti. It will create a good working mood.
- During training, we use Menti for brainstorming, evaluation of ideas or scaling statements and for test exams.
- At the end of the training, we will collect feedback and new impulses for the next day.
Tablet
The use of flipcharts and whiteboards is typical for classroom training. We cannot use them in the virtual world. But there is a great support device - an iPad (tablet) with a pen. We draw pictures that explain topics exactly as we do during in-house training. The benefit? We can immediately share the pictures with the participants.

Each participant has access to our unique portal.
The portal is an environment where we store presentations, videos, articles, support materials.
