Supporting Green Belt on the project
The goal of the coaching is to reassure the Green Belt that he is on the right path and to prepare him for further project work. We focus on all disciplines from team preparation, project assignment to helping with data and data analysis.
Coaching is always performed between the ICG consultant and the project leader at periodic intervals. It is a 60-minute online meeting. The coaching includes preparation by the ICG consultant before the actual coaching session and after the coaching session, the ICG consultant sends an overview of the next steps.
The first coaching can be done during Green Belt or Black Belt training. However, the main benefit of coaching is after the course is over, when the ICG consultant and Green Belt review the progress of each phase at periodic intervals. Basic coaching is included in the course fee, but individual consultations can be ordered.
