Design to X delivers radical savings
We will present several projects where the Design to X (DTX) approach has played a key role in radically improving process performance (Bruker, Solidpower, Borcad, Ammann). We will show projects from different industries and different types of production (small batch, serial, ...).
The DTX approach is able to positively influence the performance of processes already during development, but also of running processes or products. DTX prefers to think in terms of the entire value chain (purchasing, production, assembly, service, recycling). We show different variations of approaches such as Design for Manufacture, Design for Assembly, but also Design to Cost and Design to Quality.

OPEX Roadshow - the journey of organizational change to "Operational Excellence" status - presentation, introduction of the approach and a great workshop on this transformational topic
Over the past 5 years, ICG has worked with more than 20 Operational Excellence programs in various industries and companies. We have developed our OPEX concept step-by-step and defined key success factors in 7 key areas: People, Project Selection, Training, Know-how Sharing, Methodology, Program Management and Communication or Change Management.
Our philosophy in implementation is that each part for a successful program must be implemented. We would like to present our approach and use the experience of the conference participants for a workshop, where together we will try to complement our model with your insights and prepare together a concept for the ideal implementation of Opex programs in companies.
